Weifang center project is located in the northwest corner of the intersection of Beigong East Street and Xinhua Road, Kuiwen District, Weifang City, with a construction area of 69960m2.
It consists of apartment building and office building, apartment building frame shear wall structure, three floors underground, 29 floors above ground;
Standard floor height 3.2m, office building frame core tube structure, three floors underground, 25 floors above ground;
The standard layer height is 3.8m. The total height of the building is 99.70m. In 2014, it won the Weifang construction site comprehensive management model project award.
