Weifang Shengyuan traffic office building
The office building project of Weifang Shengyuan Traffic Engineering Co., Ltd. is located in the north of Xiashan reservoir and Yixia road in the East;
To the south is Xiarui street, covering an area of 23805 square meters and a net area of 16270 square meters.
It is composed of two phases of buildings. The first phase is composed of three multi-storey buildings: office building, reception center building and club building. The building area is 9581 square meters;
Among them, the office building has one floor underground, four floors above the ground, the reception center has four floors above the ground, the club has one floor underground and three floors above the ground.
After completion, the southeast side is the activity square with beautiful environment, and the northwest side is the waterscape and greening with pleasant scale.
The roads in the base are set up in combination with the buildings, highlighting the level of the buildings and considering the convenience of use.
Office building and reception center won the 2014 Weifang excellent project award.
