Among them, 51% is held by the public company and 49% by Weifang gorui food Valley Real Estate Co., Ltd. The new company was registered and put into operation on June 8, 2016. &After its establishment, the company will carry out property management on the public buildings with a total construction area of 160000 square meters of the first phase of the food Valley headquarters base project, which is located in the north of the north outer ring of Weifang City, south of the planned Xing'an Street, east of the Bailong River and West of the North Road of Weixian County, developed by Weifang Kerry food Valley Real Estate Co., Ltd. In addition, other projects invested by Weifang financial holding group or developed by GE Rui food Valley Real Estate Co., Ltd. shall also be undertaken preferentially by Chang dashuaxin Property Development Co., Ltd. under the same conditions. &The establishment of "Chang Da Guo Xin" has opened up a new mode of win-win cooperation between the group company and Weifang large state-owned enterprises, and laid a solid foundation for the establishment of "Chang Da property brand" of the group company.
