Chu Baojie, a municipal leader, investigates "Taihe Shangzhu", a high-quality community of the group
&On the afternoon of May 11, 2016, Chu Baojie, member of the Standing Committee of Weifang Municipal Party committee, Minister of publicity and Secretary of the Party Working Committee of the high tech Zone, led the heads of relevant departments of the high tech Zone to investigate the Taihe Shangzhu project developed by the group, accompanied by Xu pengqiang, chairman of the group, and Jiang Jianlu, deputy general manager of Taihe real estate company. &During the investigation in Taihe Shangzhu community, chairman Xu pengqiang introduced the capital construction and sales of the project. Chu Baojie affirmed the high quality of Taihe Shangzhu project and highly appreciated the car wash and other living facilities set up on the project site. At the same time, he proposed to improve the service project, develop to high-end property, and further improve the property service level in combination with the existing property foundation of the group. &During the investigation, chairman Xu pengqiang also introduced the construction industrialization technology to be adopted in the second phase of Taihe Shangzhu project. &It is reported that Chu Baojie's research is to understand the real estate market and the operation of real estate enterprises in the high tech Zone, to resolve the inventory of commercial housing in the high tech Zone, and to promote the sustainable and healthy development of the real estate industry.
